Euretos has introduced two new sections to the target assessment workflow: “Orthologs" and “Similar proteins”. These sections give a comprehensive overview of orthologous or otherwise similar proteins for your target gene of interest-based on orthology predictions (Ensembl and OMA) or protein sequence-similarity clustering (UniRef50).
Additionally, for each protein pair, we provide similarity and identity scores for the protein as a whole as well as for the extracellular domain specifically.
With this overview, Euretos provides an easy tool for preclinical researchers - especially those searching for antibody targets - to review this aspect of their target gene of interest in a few clicks.
